We advise organizations across industries from strategy definition to implementation and transformation programs.Your PerspectivesAs a Manager in the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice, you will:Support clients across the end-to-end lifecycle of blockchain initiatives, from strategy definition and use case design to the implementation of blockchain-based services and digital asset solutions, working closely with technology providers and internal stakeholders.Translate complex technological concepts into clear business implications for executive stakeholders.Lead project teams and coordinate project activities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.Monitor industry trends and technological developments within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation,
