This role is ideal for someone early in their alliance, business development, or technology partnership career who is eager to grow within an international technology and systems integration environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening strategic relationships with Technology Partners across the region while supporting collaboration between regional and country teams. The position is focused more on business development facilitation, relationship management, and ecosystem coordination than on pure program management. The individual will help drive engagement between the vendors and internal teams, support enablement and compliance initiatives, and contribute to achieving regional business and partner objectives. The candidate will be responsible to oversee a selected number of Strategic Partners at European Level. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong communication skills, commercial curiosity, and the ambition to grow into a strategic alliance leadership role. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Alliance Management /h3 ul liSupport the development and management of strategic relationships with Technology Partners at regional and country level. /li liBuild trusted working relationships with Partners stakeholders and internal leadership teams. /li liAct as a key coordination point between the Systems Integration organization and the Technology Partners ecosystem. /li liSupport the creation and execution of regional alliance strategies and plans aligned with business objectives and vendor priorities. /li /ul h3Business Development Facilitation /h3 ul liAct as a facilitator connecting opportunities, people, and initiatives across countries and business units. /li liSupport joint go-to-market activities and pipeline development initiatives. /li liAssist country teams in identifying, developing, and progressing alliance-driven opportunities. /li liCollaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to accelerate business opportunities. /li liEncourage collaboration and sharing of successful initiatives and best practices across the region. /li liSupport strategic pursuits and regional growth initiatives.



/li /ul h3Regional Coordination Virtual Team Leadership /h3 ul liCoordinate activities with the virtual community of Country Alliance Managers across the region. /li liSupport the alignment of regional priorities, targets, and initiatives. /li liHelp drive consistency, engagement, and collaboration across countries. /li liFoster a positive and collaborative alliance community culture. /li liSupport tracking and reporting of regional alliance-related business and program objectives. /li /ul h3Vendor Enablement Program Compliance /h3 ul liSupport vendor enablement initiatives including certifications, training programs, workshops, and executive briefings. /li liHelp ensure alignment and compliance with vendor partner programs and requirements. /li liAssist in monitoring competencies, certifications, incentives, and partner status progress. /li liWork with country teams to improve readiness and maximize partner program benefits. /li /ul h3Governance Reporting /h3 ul liSupport preparation of regional business reviews and alliance governance meetings. /li liPrepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and updates for leadership and vendor stakeholders. /li liMaintain visibility on alliance performance metrics, pipeline activities, and enablement progress. /li liSupport tracking of strategic initiatives and business outcomes. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. /li li2–5 years of experience in alliances, partner management, sales support, business development, or within the technology industry. /li liStrong understanding of Systems Integration environments and multi-country/global delivery models. /li liExposure to or experience working with major Technology Vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA, PANW, Fortinet, Checkpoint, HPE and Juniper. /li liSales or business development experience is considered a strong advantage. /li liExperience within IT services, consulting, or systems integration organizations is beneficial. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong business and commercial acumen with the ability to support pipeline growth and revenue-generating initiatives. /li liProven ability to influence, coordinate,
