Lead and grow a 3–5 engineer squad, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and morale.

Unblock the team and ensure delivery of ambitious features with end-to-end ownership.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and other Engineering Managers to align priorities and standards.
Communicate team progress, risks, and blockers to leadership in business terms.

Partner with senior technical leads on architecture discussions and ensure sound technical decisions.
5+ years in backend engineering with at least 2+ years in squad management in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
Strong empathy and coaching skills with a proven mentoring track record
Experience in distributed systems and API design; ability to guide robust, scalable services
Proven delivery ownership with Agile experience and data-driven improvement of velocity and quality
Clear, effective English communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Passion for fintech and investment products in a regulated, high-trust setting
