Network Support Specialist

We are looking for Network Technicians to provide onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations.

This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity , with assignments allocated based on your geographic location and availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment.
- Perform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
- Complete service reports and update support tickets after each onsite intervention.
- Collaborate with remote support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in onsite IT support or network support.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN .




- Hands-on experience with networking equipment from Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet , or equivalent vendors.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Good command of English (mandatory) .

Preferred Qualifications

- CCNA , CompTIA Network+ , or an equivalent networking certification.
- Previous experience delivering IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
