The ideal candidate combines logical mindset and controlling with strong skills in process automation and digital finance transformation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Group Controlling Consolidation /h3ulliAssist the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial results. /liliApply checks of compliance with group accounting policies. /liliAnalyze group performance, variances, and key financial indicators; provide actionable insights to senior management /li /ulh3Automation Digital Transformation /h3ulliDrive automation of group reporting and controlling processes using tools such as Power BI, RPA, Python, and ERP automation modules. /liliDevelop dashboards and automated workflows to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort. /liliCollaborate with IT and finance teams to implement digital solutions across entities. /li /ulh3Budgeting Forecasting /h3ulliSupport data processing of group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles. /liliEnsure alignment of local entity plans with group objectives. /li /ulh3Business Partnering /h3ulliAct as technical advisor to the divisional controlling teams. /liliProvide financial insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvement. /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliEducation:
