Comissioning Engineer for PreFabPrefabricated Data Center ModulesThe Comissioning Engineer for Modular Data Center delivers professional on‐site services for Schneider Electric including commissioning, on‐site technical diagnostics, and resolution of customer issues. The role primarily supports complex and critical projects, providing advanced support with hands‐on expertise for Low‐voltage products Masterpact circuit breakers, NSX compact devices, ATS, Power & Quality meters, Low‐voltage protection relays (Micrologic), UPS Galaxy, Cooling products (InRow, Dx/InRoom, Dx/Chillers) and Medium voltage switchboardsAdditional InformationStart Date: Immediately or by mutual agreementLocation: Your home country within the EU (fully remote setup)Eligible Locations: We welcome candidates based in Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and ItalyTravel Requirement:Extensive travel across the EU (~70%, occasionally more), offering strong exposure to international customers, partners, and strategic projectsCompensation:Starting from €38,000 gross annually, plus an 11% annual premio and additional travel-related allowances.The final compensation package will be tailored based on your experience, seniority, and local market conditions in your home country.Eligibility Requirement:A valid EU passport is required for this positionMain responsibilitiesPerform Startup & Commissioning on all equipment across the entire Modular Data Center rangesEvaluate units and system's installation & operational conditionsAbility to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditionsBe able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue/ software issue / operation condition issue (Root cause Analysis)Work with another Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during site interventionsDocument test results and produce site work reportsTrain Schneider Electric customers on basic operations of the equipmentRequirementsThorough understanding of electrical principles particularly for low-voltage, medium voltage, UPS, auto transfer switches, mechanical principles of Cooling and fundamentals knowledge of automation and protection relaysMust be able to perform duties with general direction,



receiving only general guidance with respect to overall objectives.Must comply with all safety policies, practices and proceduresAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variablesHandle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWillingness to travel internationally for 70% of the working time (and more)Education and Experience:Electrotechnical education (University degree in an advantage)At least 5 years' experience with commissioning an/or field service activitiesConfirmed experience with LV, MV, UPS and Cooling products (Schneider Electric or other brands)Capability to work alone, analyze technical challenges and propose resolutionsHave excellent mechanical and electrical hands-on skills and capability to use measurements tollsFluent communication in English language (B2+ level min)Flexibility & Reliability, Focus on technical details & Customer focus, Team playerGood Software tools literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Cx softwareInformation about the selection process:If you are interested in this position, please send us your CV in English language.
