NHOA Energy is seeking a Business Development Manager to shape the future of grid infrastructure and energy storage in Italy and Europe. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support delivery of HV and BoP solutions.

Reporting to the VP EMEA, you will lead commercial activities from tender qualification and bid to contract negotiation and handover, requiring 5+ years in EPC/renewables, Italian fluency and readiness to travel.
