ppWe are seeking a motivated and resourceful bContract Recruiter /bfor one of our members to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of manufacturing and skilled positions. The duration for this position is appx. 8 months. /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys creating recruiting strategies, building talent pipelines, and partnering closely with operations leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /ph3Position Summary /h3pThe Contract Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for hourly manufacturing and skilled trades positions. This individual will work onsite, partnering with plant leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support workforce growth while balancing direct hire recruiting efforts with agency partnerships. /ppThe ideal candidate will bring experience supporting manufacturing recruitment, within a bTier 1 automotive supplier environment /b, and will be comfortable working independently while helping shape the facility's hiring plan. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage full-cycle recruiting from requisition creation through onboarding /liliDevelop effective working relationships with search firm, placement agencies, colleges, universities technical schools, job fairs, etc.



/liliBuild and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill automotive manufacturing positions. /liliSupport and manage relationships with staffing agencies while increasing direct hire recruiting efforts /liliMonitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress /liliUtilize ATS system to track candidates and manage hiring activity /liliCoordinate interviews, plant tours, and candidate assessments /liliGuide candidates through the hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience /liliPartner with plant leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting plans /li /ulh3Required Experience: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience /liliKnowledge of federal, state and local interviewing, employment and recruiting laws. /liliTime management, organization and documentation skills. /liliHas the ability to sell, influence, negotiate and collaborate. /liliExcellent written, verbal, listening, interpersonal and presentation skills. /liliRequires the ability to adapt to change and new priorities. /liliRequires objectivity when making decisions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
