We are seeking an
HSE Manager / RSPP
for our ACEF company located in Fiorenzuola D'Arda , Italy
The position is responsible for managing occupational health, safety, and environmental processes according to
ISO ***** and ISO ***** standards
and Legislative Decree 81?08 .
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on site
Conduct risk analyses and develop corrective and preventive action plans
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for employees
Ensure regulatory compliance and support emergency management processes
Promote a culture of health, safety, and environment across the site
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental, chemical, or petrochemical fields, or a diploma with equivalent relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience as RSPP or ASPP, preferably in the chemical industry
Training in accordance with art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81?08
Good command of English is preferred
Proactive, analytical, and strong communication skills
