ppbLocation: /b in our offices in Milan, Italy, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days/week in the office + 2 days/week working from home).
/p h3About The Role /h3 pThe Field Inventory Capital Equipment Representative provides operational and administrative support across Field Inventory Management (FIM), Warehouse and Capital Equipment (CE) teams.
This role ensures accurate inventory control, effective order and return management, and system integrity across SAP and Salesforce platforms.
/p h3Your Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liSupport Field Inventory Management (FIM) activities, including reconciliation of inventory counts and control of expired stock.
/li liMonitor and manage materials pending invoicing to ensure accurate financial processing.
/li liPerform inventory adjustments and material transfers in SAP.
/li liHandle complaints related to inventory and material discrepancies.
/li liProvide warehouse team support, including supplier communication and coordination.
/li liRegister and process product returns in SAP and monitor return closure activities.
/li liSupport Capital Equipment (CE) order management using the Solution Quotation tool.
/li liMonitor contracts approaching expiration and support renewal tracking.
/li liManage capital equipment return processes.
/li liSupport departmental administrative tasks, including retrieval and distribution of delivery notes, preparation of lists and verification of materials in internal systems.
/li liMaintain and update customer database records.
/li liGenerate SAP listings and reports, including inventory adjustments, returns,



warehouse changes and report extractions.
/li liPerform data registration and follow-up actions in Salesforce.
/li /ul h3What Are We Looking For In You /h3 ul liMinimum of 1 year experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, order management or related operational support /li liExperience working with ERP systems such as SAP /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel /li liStrong attention to detail and organizational skills /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liExperience supporting capital equipment operations is nice to have.
/li liExperience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is nice to have.
