Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.With a direct reporting line into the Global Procurement Raw Materials&Ingredients; Category Manager, the Wine and Other Ingredients Regional Buyer oversees an overall spending scope of circa 200ME at regional level (EMEA) , including wine, grapes, distillates and other ingredients expected to increase over the next years in line with Strategic Planning ambitions.Procurement is accountable to identify, manage and develop a suppliers base capable of supporting the Company in achieving its goals; as a member of the Global Product Related procurement team, the Wine and Other Ingredients Regional Buyer is accountable to execute the strategic agenda structured around mainly wine, grapes, distillates and other ingredients.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesWith the support of the Global Procurement Raw Materials&Ingredients; Category Manager, drive and develop a strategic agenda for the Wine and Other Ingredients sourcing at regional level (EMEA)Design compelling Category Sourcing Strategy built across the main sourcing dimensions: availability, profitability, sustainability and operational excellenceOwn the category sourcing strategy execution at regional level (EMEA), partnering with business functions to define sourcing need and Supplier selection criteriaLead regional negotiations of frame/global contractsSegment supplier and develop SRM strategy according to specific relationship tierNurture strong internal and external partnerships to secure the category deliveriesPromote supply risks analysis and risk mitigation plan in the different steps of procurement processes Drive Supplier Lifecycle Management, partnering with other functions to ensure proper qualification processes, auditing, risk management and performance managementProtect profitability,
