ppbJob Description: /b /p pDXC Technology is looking for a bData Scientist to support AI and Generative AI projects /b, contributing to practical solutions and improving business processes through ML models, NLP and intelligent automation, within the Data AI team based in Milan. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContribute to the design and implementation of AI solutions, including machine learning models, NLP, and computer vision applications /li liCollaborate with senior team members to understand client requirements and translate them into practical AI solutions /li liSupport the direct relationship with clients/stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution validation /li liSupport pre-sales activities, including preparing technical materials and contributing to client presentations /li liStay up to date on AI trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to support solution development /li liContribute to maintaining best practices and methodologies within the AI Data Science team /li liTake part in AI solution projects, gaining hands‑on experience in real client environments and progressively growing in autonomy. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in Gen AI projects. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions, including design and implementation. /li liDeep expertise in core Generative AI technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Observability, and AI Guardrails. /li liExtensive experience with enterprise-grade GenAI development frameworks and platforms, including LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, and Langfuse.
/li liProven experience in addressing AI governance, GDPR, and EU AI Act compliance requirements throughout the AI solution lifecycle. /li liGood knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). /li liStrong proficiency in AI-powered software development and code generation tools. /li liExtensive experience with enterprise software delivery practices and platforms, including source code management, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liGood communication skills and strong ability to work in a collaborative team. /li liGrowing autonomy in managing assigned tasks and deliverables. /li liAbility to organize project activities by identifying priorities and ensuring deadlines are met. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liPrevious involvement in presales or solution support tasks /li /ul pLocation: Milan, with lavoro da remoto possibility /p h3Offer Package /h3 pThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €48.000 /p pCompensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA:
