looking for a Store Manager to join our team at our Fidenza Village
Pop-Up in Milan for a 4-month period. This role will be responsible
for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring
Nude Project’s operational and visual standards are consistently
maintained. What will your responsibilities be? ? - Lead your team
in a dynamic and enthusiastic way. - Oversee the entire operation
and management of the boutique, setting key sales targets and KPIs
to ensure the achievement of goals. - Establish logistical,
operational, and analytical processes for the Amsterdam market. -
Prepare weekly reports on store performance, product status, and
KPIs; design and implement action plans to maximize the store’s
potential. - Ensure meticulous customer service standards,
maintaining excellent relationships with our clientele. - Welcome
ambassadors, VIPs, and assist in market prospecting. - Manage stock
control, minimize loss, and create action plans to keep inventory
at the lowest possible levels. - Select, train, and promote your
staff, driving growth initiatives while maintaining store
productivity and ensuring coverage. - Oversee visual merchandising
initiatives for the company. What will make you succeed with us? ?
- 3-5 years of experience managing teams in the premium retail
sector. - Ability to collect and analyze data rigorously. -
Strategic and analytical mindset for business decision-making based
on data and reports. - Strong oral and written communication
skills. - Passion for fashion and products. - High level of English
proficiency. - Knowledge and experience in tools such as Microsoft
Excel. -Knowledge about the city of Amsterdam and its culture. What
