What You'll DoSupport Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot technical and service issues (full training provided!)
Keep accurate records and help improve the customer experience
Collaborate with a young, dynamic, and multicultural team
What We're Looking ForItalian at C2 level and English at B2 or above
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude, curiosity,

No prior experience required we will train you!
Must reside in Greece or be willing to relocate (remote work only from Greece)
