AGCO is seeking a Sr Manager Quality in Breganze, Italy to lead the site quality function and establish a culture of excellence. You will align quality strategy with corporate goals and drive continuous improvement across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain.

The role demands an engineering degree, 8+ years in quality with 5+ in leadership, and fluent English. You will manage KPIs such as Right First Time and Defects per Unit while upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards.
