Medical Research PractitionerICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patients faster.As a values-driven organisation, integrity, collaboration, agility, and inclusion are at the heart of how we work and interact with each other, customers, patients and suppliers.As a Medical Research Practitioner at ICON, you will conduct clinical research activities, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements while contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments.What You Will Do:Your role will involve delivering clinical research work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Conducting clinical research activities in compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate site initiation, patient recruitment, and data collection for clinical trials.Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adverse events, and other critical study-related information.Participating in the development of study materials, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study manuals.Staying updated on medical research trends and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of clinical trial operations.Your Profile:You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.Required qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related fieldPrevious experience in clinical research or related roles,
