beyond answering questions — you will become a trusted point of
contact , guiding customers through products, services, and digital
tools while maintaining the highest service and compliance
standards. -Role Overview Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)
Languages required: Slovenian or Croatian (C2 / native) English
(B2+) Employment type: Full-time Working hours: Rotational shifts
(no night shifts included) -What You Will Be Responsible For
Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email Assisting with
orders, account questions, product setup, and troubleshooting
Ensuring age verification and regulatory compliance in every
interaction Providing accurate, calm, and professional guidance
Recording interactions and following internal quality processes
Collaborating with internal teams when escalation is required -What
