Elemental Insights is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a leading international technology company based in Lisbon.

You will support customers remotely from Portugal while relocating from Italy, with relocation assistance and day-one health insurance.
Responsibilities include assisting customers by phone, email and chat, troubleshooting product questions and technical issues with empathy, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
