We are currently seeking an Accounts and Admin Assistant to join a well?established industrial company located in Erbusco (BS), part of an international organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a basic background in administrative tasks and a keen ability to communicate effectively.
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring communication and coordination between the Italian and UK offices regarding administrative processes.
Therefore, fluency in English, both written and spoken, is an essential requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Raising PO/Sales between subsidiaries and external suppliers
Day?to?day bookkeeping including bank recs, payroll journals, posting supplier invoices into company software,



and sales invoicing on Youdocs for the Italian VAT submission
Managing the weekly payments and notifying UK office for cash in advance
Dealing with queries from UK office
Report on monthly stock take
Various ad?hoc duties
Required Skills
Can communicate in English, both written and spoken (selection interview with the company will be held in English)
Open to different tasks
Previous experience in admin and accounts tasks
Familiarity with Italian tax rules
