The firm combines global reach with deep sector expertise, giving its lawyers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals while developing within a supportive, modern legal environment.They are now looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join their team in Milan.The RoleYou’ll play a key role in supporting the business across the full project lifecycle — from development through to execution and operation. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll provide commercially focused legal advice across a range of activities.Key Responsibilities:Support project development, including land, permitting, and commercial agreementsAdvise on M&A; and acquisitions,



including due diligence and transaction structuringProvide legal input on construction contracts (EPC, O&M;, supply agreements)Assist with project finance documentation and negotiationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and drive project deliveryAbout You:Qualified lawyer with 3 years PQEExperience within renewable energy or infrastructure sectorsStrong exposure to project development, M&A;, construction, and/or project financeCommercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictionsDiscipline(s): Energy Finance, Corporate and Professional​Job type: Permanent
