This mid-level role covers the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations for the Italian entity, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC), and timely reporting. You will work closely with the local management team and collaborate with Emeren’s international finance function. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3General Ledger Reporting /h3 ul liMaintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all accounting entries. /li liPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and internal reporting requirements. /li liSupport the preparation of management reports and financial analyses for local and group-level stakeholders. /li liCoordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process, providing documentation and explanations as required. /li /ul h3Accounts Payable Receivable /h3 ul liProcess and verify supplier invoices, ensuring correct coding, approval workflows, and timely payment. /li liManage customer invoicing and monitor outstanding receivables, following up on overdue balances. /li liPerform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records. /li liLiaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve any invoicing or payment discrepancies.



/li /ul h3Tax Compliance Filing /h3 ul liPrepare and submit periodic tax filings, including VAT (IVA), corporate income tax (IRES/IRAP), and withholding tax returns. /li liEnsure ongoing compliance with Italian tax regulations and monitor legislative updates that may impact the company. /li liLiaise with external tax advisors and the group tax function on complex matters and annual tax provisions. /li /ul h3Payroll Accounting /h3 ul liPost and reconcile monthly payroll entries in coordination with the external payroll provider. /li liEnsure accurate accounting of social security contributions, employee benefits, and other payroll-related costs. /li liSupport year-end payroll closing activities and contribute to statutory filings as required. /li /ul h3Project Accounting Cost Control /h3 ul liMaintain project-level accounting records, tracking costs, revenues, and margins for solar development and construction projects. /li liMonitor project budgets versus actuals, flagging variances and supporting cost control initiatives. /li liPrepare project financial reports for internal stakeholders and support any project financing or due diligence requirements. /li liCoordinate with the project development team to ensure correct capitalisation and accounting treatment of project costs. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in accounting,
