Role Overview
The Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all reservation activities of Villa Eden, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-end booking experience that reflects the standards of a Leading Luxury Longevity Retreat.
Qualifications

- Proven experience at the Reservation Department in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
- Experience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Italian, and German is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Skills:
Outstanding leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in property management systems and office software.
- Personal Attributes: A guest-focused mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality. Polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
