Your role
We are looking for a Senior MTE Engineer who will drive the development, industrialization, validation and continuous improvement of automated test solutions supporting new product introduction and mass production. The role collaborates closely with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and cross-functional teams to ensure robust,
efficient and scalable testing processes across multiple technology domains including Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional and Software testing.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, validate and industrialize automated test solutions for new products.
- Support NPI activities, pilot builds, ramp-up and mass production.
- Design, optimize and maintain test stations, fixtures and equipment.
- Perform GR&R;, correlation studies and capability analysis.
- Analyze test data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Improve yield, throughput, quality and test coverage through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Process, Quality and Suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and validation reports.
- Provide technical training and support to production teams.
- Drive engineering changes and introduce innovative testing technologies and methodologies.
Main Requirements
- Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in Test Engineering within manufacturing or consumer electronics.
- Knowledge of automated test systems and production test methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and measurement equipment.
- Knowledge of hardware-software integration and test validation.
- Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing environments.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in one or more domains (Camera, RF, Electronic, Mechanical, LED, Functional or Software Test) is considered a strong advantage.
