We are looking for a Building Operations Engineer for our Integrated Facility Management business line on our Amazon account dedicated team. /ph3Role Purpose /h3pReporting to the Facilities Manager and working as part of the overall Facilities Team, the Building Operations Engineer will manage a range of hard services and provide the necessary support to ensure the efficient and effective running of 2 sites. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliCreation and adherence of planned maintenance regime for Client assets /liliFollow up on maintenance planned by Landlord /liliAttendance to unplanned maintenance activity /liliResponse and activity relating to Trouble Ticket (remedy) requests – responding within agreed SLAs /liliManagement and tracking of Building Operations stock including but not limited to: bulbs, filters, power supplies /liliManagement of local supplier base providing maintenance, project activity and reactive repairs /liliTracking of utility usage (electric, water, gas) and creation of innovative ideas to reduce environmental impact /liliLiaison with relevant regulatory bodies including Safety groups – putting in place action plans when appropriate /liliOversee Building Operating and Maintenance manuals – managing updates when necessary /liliSite Inspections (with other members of Facility Team) including but not limited to: support of daily cleaning inspection, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, landscaping (when present) /liliMoves/Adds/Changes: desk assignments, furniture stock ordering and management, occupancy tracking /liliSmall Project Management / Creation of Budget Activity Plan for Site Improvements: refurbishments, renovations, expansions /liliLiaison with: Deskside/IT, Global Telecom, Global Security (for systems devices), Global A/V, Security Guards Coordination (when present on site), other Building Operations Engineers on client sites /liliManage daily health safety issues – maintaining regular scheduled meetings and records of the fire and safety teams/fire drills/safety equipment/training /liliRaise purchase orders /liliDeputize / provide cover for Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager when appropriate /liliAll other tasks and duties as assigned /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Diploma/degree level in technical discipline (architect or engineer)



/liliKnowledge of statutory and regulatory maintenance requirements for Client assets as well as Contract Management /liliProblem solving skills /liliStrong decision-making abilities /liliExcellent written/verbal communication skills /liliSpreadsheet and word processing proficiency /liliCustomer-focused approach /liliStrong interpersonal skills /liliAssertiveness /liliAttention to detail /liliExperience in Maintenance roles /liliExperience in managing a team /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities (Italian) /h3ulliCreazione e rispetto del regime di manutenzione programmata per gli asset del Cliente /liliFollow-up sulla manutenzione pianificata dal proprietario dell'immobile /liliGestione delle attività di manutenzione non pianificate /liliRisposta e attività relative alle richieste di Trouble Ticket (remedy) – rispettando gli SLA concordati /liliGestione e tracciamento dello stock per le operazioni dell'edificio, inclusi ma non limitati a: lampadine, filtri, alimentatori /liliGestione della base di fornitori locali che forniscono manutenzione, attività di progetto e riparazioni reattive /liliMonitoraggio dell'utilizzo delle utenze (elettricità, acqua, gas) e creazione di idee innovative per ridurre l'impatto ambientale /liliCoordinamento con gli enti normativi pertinenti, inclusi i gruppi di sicurezza – implementando piani d'azione quando appropriato /liliSupervisione dei manuali operativi e di manutenzione dell'edificio – gestendo gli aggiornamenti quando necessario /liliIspezioni del sito (con altri membri del team Facilities) incluse ma non limitate a: supporto all'ispezione quotidiana delle pulizie, riscaldamento, ventilazione, aria condizionata, paesaggistica (quando presente) /liliTrasferimenti/Aggiunte/Modifiche: assegnazione postazioni, ordinazione e gestione dello stock di arredamento, monitoraggio dell'occupazione /liliGestione di piccoli progetti / Creazione budget e piano di attività per miglioramenti del sito: ristrutturazioni, rinnovamenti, espansioni /liliCoordinamento con: Deskside/IT, Global Telecom, Global Security (per sistemi e dispositivi), Global A/V, coordinamento guardie di sicurezza (quando presenti in loco), altri Building Operations Engineer nei siti cliente /liliGestione quotidiana delle questioni di salute e sicurezza – mantenimento di riunioni programmate regolari e registri dei team antincendio e di sicurezza/esercitazioni antincendio/attrezzature di sicurezza/formazione /liliEmissione ordini di acquisto /liliSostituzione / copertura per Assistant Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager quando appropriato /liliTutti gli altri compiti e mansioni assegnati /li /ulh3Qualifications (Italian) /h3ulliFormazione: Diploma/laurea in discipline tecniche (architettura o ingegneria) /liliConoscenza dei requisiti normativi e legali di manutenzione per gli asset del Cliente,
