In this role, you will lead the Information Systems function for ABB’s Smart Buildings Division, shaping the IS strategy and ensuring secure, reliable services that accelerate business growth. You will oversee architecture, roadmaps, and the project portfolio, driving modernization and standardization while aligning with enterprise governance and cybersecurity. You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders to maximize value from digital solutions and investments. As a member of the EL IS leadership team, you will mentor a high-performing team and foster collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric delivery.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Develop IS strategy and architecture for the Smart Buildings Division aligned with ABB and Enterprise Architecture
- Drive modernization, simplification, and data standardization within the division’s IS landscape
- Own and deliver the division’s IS project portfolio and associated services (Distinct and Common), ensuring SLAs are met
- Ensure compliance with IS policies, governance, and cybersecurity requirements




- Manage IS budget, spend, and cost allocation for value-added investments
- Lead, develop, and motivate IS teams across multiple locations and cultures
- Foster continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across IS functions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize IS investments and align technology with business objectives

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (minimum)
- 10+ years of IT experience across multiple disciplines
- Proven experience leading global IS/IT teams, projects, and initiatives
- Strong strategic thinking to translate business needs into technology roadmaps
- Financial acumen with portfolio, budget, and vendor management experience
- Influential collaborator with strong stakeholder relationship skills
- Results-driven change agent with a track record of driving adoption and operational excellence
