Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleWe are recruiting experienced professionals to strengthen the Engineering Department (After Sales & Design Service team)The successful candidate, depending on the team organization and their professional background, may be involved in one or both phases of the engineering process (feasibility and/or design), carrying out the following activities, working independently and in coordination with the team:Analyzing customer requests related to upgrades, improvements, and retrofit solutions for installed machineryContributing to the definition of technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with customer requirementsSupporting cost estimation activities based on engineering effort, materials, and technical constraintsDeveloping and managing mechanical design solutions using CAD tools,



ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverablesCollaborating with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) to ensure consistency and integration of solutionsInterfacing with internal stakeholders and, when required, with customers, to clarify technical requirements and proposed solutionsWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulHard Skills: Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical technical diploma with approximately 15 years of relevant professional experience in machinery environmentsAdvanced knowledge of CREO (mandatory)Good knowledge of Windchill and Microsoft ExcelProfessional working proficiency in EnglishSolid understanding of mechanical design and industrial machinerySoft Skills : Curiosity and creativity in problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the boxCapability to balance innovation with technical feasibility and risk awarenessResults-oriented mindset with strong ownershipAttention to detail and precision, especially in design executionTeamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environmentsGood communication and stakeholder management abilitiesOur OfferCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 45,000, in line with experience.
