campus recruiting events, and other talent attraction initiatives, representing the Group as an employer.Support the organisation of internal engagement or talent-related events as part of broader HR initiatives.Produce regular recruitment reporting for HR leadership, including pipeline status, hiring progress against targets, and market intelligence on talent availability and competitor positioning.Competenze ed esperienza Candidate profile:2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, in-house recruitment, or staffing agency, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes autonomously.FluentknowledgeofEnglishExperience recruiting for professional services, consulting, or knowledge-intensive environments is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS platform.Strong autonomy and ownership mindset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and data orientation - comfortable with ATS management, recruitment metrics, and reporting.Completa l'offerta Great career opportunity
