HI Partners is representing an established international organisation for a client-facing appointment within one of its European teams.
This opportunity will suit a professional who enjoys developing trusted relationships, communicating detailed topics clearly and providing a high standard of ongoing support to private individuals. The Opportunity
You will assume responsibility for an established portfolio of private-client relationships, ensuring that clients remain well informed, listened to and appropriately supported as their circumstances and priorities evolve.
Rather than operating in a transactional environment, the role requires thoughtful communication, sound judgement and the ability to establish credibility over time. You will work in close coordination with specialist colleagues to ensure that each client interaction is handled carefully and efficiently.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Develop lasting, professional relationships with private clients.
Maintain regular contact and ensure a consistently high-quality client experience.
Hold informed conversations on economic conditions, financial matters and topics relevant to clients' personal situations.
Translate technical information into clear and practical communication.
Identify questions, concerns or changing priorities,
and coordinate the appropriate internal response.
Prepare for and lead structured conversations by telephone and video conference.
Ensure requests and agreed next steps are handled accurately and within appropriate timeframes.
Keep reliable records of interactions, client needs and outstanding actions.
Work closely with internal specialists across several functions.
Build further expertise in financial services, client advisory practices and the wider economic environment.
Apply the required standards of care, confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Profile Sought
Previous experience in a relationship-driven role within private banking, financial services, wealth management, investment services or a similar environment.
A natural ability to build rapport with demanding clients and maintain their confidence over the long term.
Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in financial and economic matters.
Able to explain detailed or unfamiliar subjects in a composed, straightforward manner.
Native in Italian, with strong professional English.
Strong listening skills, emotional intelligence and sound judgement.
Organised, dependable and comfortable managing multiple active matters.
A finance, economics or business-related academic background would be valued, although relevant professional experience will also be considered.
