We are looking for anative or fluent Italian-speaking Customer Service Representativeto join our international team in Greece.
You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English)
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Native or fluent in Italian
Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
Strong communication and xysqume problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
Paid training and ongoing support
Full relocation support includingflight within the EUandtemporary accommodation
