About this role
Riva Hospitality operates boutique hotels across the Italian lakes and Adriatic coast.
We need a creative director who can translate the feeling of a place into a visual language — someone who sees a hotel not as a building but as a story waiting to be told.
You will shape everything guests see before and after they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead visual identity across 6 properties.
Direct photography and content creation.




Design guest-facing materials and digital experiences.
Collaborate with architects on interior storytelling.
Build and lead creative team.
Requirements
7+ years in creative direction.
Portfolio spanning hospitality or luxury lifestyle.
