Tosca is hiring a Customer Service & Asset Specialist in Agrate Brianza (Milan area) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the main contact for customers, manage onboarding, orders and issue resolution, and ensure asset visibility and inventory accuracy in a dynamic, international environment.
You will collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance and other teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Fluency in Italian and English is required and a hybrid work model is offered.
