Employment Type: Full-time (Shift work required)
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate ground operational activities across the SkyAlps airport network
Assist passengers during operational disruptions and baggage handling situations
Support the management of ad?hoc charter flights from start to finish
Work alongside the operations control center as an integral team member
Help ensure smooth, efficient ground operations even during challenging events
QualificationsBackground in airport ground handling
Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
Basic IT skills with good knowledge of Excel and Word
Language RequirementsExcellent spoken and written Italian
Excellent spoken and written English




Additional languages are an asset
Personal QualitiesAbility to handle non?routine situations when workloads vary unexpectedly
Strong teamwork orientation and collaboration skills
Problem?solving mindset – finding solutions, not excuses
Continuous learning attitude – always improving
Ability to work independently when needed
Work Schedule & AvailabilityOperations run around the clock.
The schedule covers nearly the entire 24?hour cycle, 7 days a week, varying with the season.
xysqume Availability required for:
Night shifts
Saturdays and Sundays
Public holidays
