Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 ul liDesign and develop industrial systems for the transport, dosing, mixing, and processing of liquids, from concept through detailed engineering. /li liDesign piping systems, process equipment, supporting structures, and skid-mounted solutions, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and industry standards. /li liDevelop hygienic and sanitary designs for food, pharmaceutical, and other high-cleanliness applications, considering CIP/SIP requirements, cleanability, and contamination control. /li liPerform process and equipment risk assessments, including the safe handling of hazardous, flammable, corrosive, or toxic liquids,



ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations. /li liDesign systems with a strong focus on maintainability, accessibility, ergonomics, operator safety, and ease of inspection and maintenance throughout the equipment lifecycle. /li liProduce engineering documentation, including PIDs, equipment layouts, piping layouts, specifications, and technical documentation. /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and safety requirements into complete industrial solutions. /li liSupport commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial process plants. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline. /li liAt least 8 years of experience in the design of industrial process plants, with particular focus on systems for the transport, dosing, mixing, and processing of liquids. /li liGood knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Plant and Vault. /li liOrganized and task-oriented /li liStrong focus on innovation and curiosity for innovative solutions /li liAvailable to travel upon request /li liFluent in English /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 45.000, in line with experience. The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role. A range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
