PpSiamo alla ricerca di un Customer Project Engineer che si occupi della gestione di commesse relative a quadri di distribuzione secondaria in Media Tensione, seguendone l’intero ciclo di produzione, dall’acquisizione dell’ordine fino alla consegna finale al cliente. /ppLa risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per il coordinamento delle attività di progetto, collaborando con Engineering, Supply Chain, Produzione e Acquisti per garantire il rispetto di tempi, qualità e requisiti contrattuali. Avrà inoltre la responsabilità di sviluppare e mantenere un rapporto solido e continuativo con il cliente, assicurando una comunicazione efficace, una gestione proattiva delle criticità e un elevato livello di soddisfazione durante tutte le fasi della commessa. /ph3Responsabilità principali /h3ulliCoordinare e guidare le commesse durante tutte le fasi del progetto, applicando metodologie e strumenti di Project Management. /liliCoordinare i diversi stakeholder coinvolti nel progetto, assicurando un’efficace comunicazione tra reparti e cliente. /liliAnalizzare e validare le specifiche tecniche, gestendo eventuali commenti e richieste del cliente. /liliMonitorare l’avanzamento delle attività e identificare tempestivamente rischi o criticità che possano influire sui tempi di consegna. /liliGestire Change Order verso clienti e fornitori, assicurando la corretta formalizzazione delle variazioni contrattuali. /liliMantenere e sviluppare relazioni solide con il cliente, garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione. /liliOrganizzare e coordinare attività di Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) e meeting di avanzamento progetto. /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulliEsperienza nella gestione di commesse inerenti quadri elettrici di media tensione. /liliSolida conoscenza del settore elettrotecnico, con particolare focus sulla Media Tensione Secondaria. /liliFamiliarità con quadri di distribuzione di media tensione secondaria e relative apparecchiature: interruttori di media tensione, trasformatori di misura, relè di protezione e circuiti ausiliari. /liliBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese. /liliSpiccate capacità organizzative, analitiche e di problem solving. /liliAttitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla gestione delle relazioni con clienti e stakeholder. /li /ulh3Cosa farà la differenza /h3ulliOrientamento al risultato e al miglioramento continuo. /liliCapacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e internazionali. /liliPassione per l’innovazione e per le tecnologie del settore energetico ed elettrotecnico. /li /ulpEntra a far parte di un team che contribuisce allo sviluppo di soluzioni affidabili e innovative per il mercato nazionale ed europeo della distribuzione elettrica in Media Tensione.
