You will collaborate with LE leadership, regulators, and enterprise risk teams to align frameworks and drive risk-informed decision making. You’ll own risk metrics, policies, and interlocks with the RAF, ensuring effective remediation and visibility at the board and executive levels. and ILE Leadership; support LE board discussions as needed /liliOwn ILE Financial Risk policies and frameworks; adapt Enterprise programs for ILE deployment /liliAdvise business on Financial Risk frameworks and their effective execution /liliCoordinate with Enterprise on 2nd Line testing and provide ILE testing outputs for aggregation /liliEnsure communication of risks between ILE and Enterprise; support CRO oversight duties /liliReview issues and findings related to risk type impacting ILE and oversee remediation /liliLead 2nd Line oversight for Regulatory Change Management related to Risk Type /liliDevelop LE metrics dashboards aligned with RAF and applicable regulations /liliReview, approve and challenge models impacting the ILE /liliLead a Financial Risk analyst /lili5+ years of leadership experience in risk management or similar role /liliStrong business acumen with risk-reward control perspective /liliExperience interacting with regulators and familiarity with Italian regulatory landscape /liliProven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure /liliFluency in English and Italian (verbal and written) /liliAdvanced degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field preferred /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
