The IT Support Technician is meant to ensure the operation of the IT infrastructure through the use of resources in order to improve the activities of the group and to preserve its continuity.
It analyses and offers hardware and software solution based on the needs of the various offices and solutions available on the market, trying as such as possible to find uniform solutions, also with a view to cost optimization with the aim of making the most immediate, clear and usable of the system.
