BRIEF DESCRIPTION We are looking for an IT Manager with a strong focus on Microsoft security, server management, network devices (switches), backup via Veeam, VMware environments, and 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in structured companies (at least 5 years) and will possess specific expertise in Microsoft platforms, backup systems management, virtualization, and comprehensive IT support. Additionally, a good knowledge of the AS400 system for managing the company’s ERP is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure Area:
- Manage and monitor company IT infrastructures, including servers, network (switches), and backup systems in compliance with group policies.
- Ensure the security and integrity of Microsoft systems by implementing best practices and security policies.
- Manage the VMware environment for server virtualization and company resources.
- Manage and maintain corporate backup systems via Veeam, ensuring data availability and recovery.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement infrastructure solutions for resolving complex issues.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and manage potential critical issues.
- Manage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Support the management of the AS400 system, ensuring its maintenance and functionality.
Application Area:
- Lead ERP implementation and migration projects.
- Manage evolving maintenance tasks related to the portfolio of applications in use and/or ICT projects.
- Provide IT support to various business functions in defining requirements and priorities for strategic projects.
- Coordinate/support the drafting of functional procedures for using different IT applications to support business processes.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE).
- VMware certification (VCP).
- IT security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP).
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring solutions.
EDUCATION & BACKGROUND
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in structured companies.
- Good knowledge of English.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Solid experience in managing backups via Veeam.
- Knowledge of AS400 for managing legacy systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection policy management.
- Advanced knowledge of VMware for managing virtualized environments.
- Expertise in managing network devices such as switches and firewalls.
- Experience in managing 1st and 2nd level Help Desk support.
- Ability to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good ability to manage priorities and resources.

We offer:
Salary Range: €50,000–€60,000 gross per year.
