/p h3The Job /h3 pOn a daily basis, you'll alternate between support, internal product knowledge and side?projects: /p ul liHandle incoming requests from internal teams (CS Care first, then Sales, Onboarding...) – qualify them, prioritize them, and know what can wait.
/li liInvestigate product bugs and limitations: reproduce, understand, document – then elevate cleanly to Support Engineers with a solid case (logs, context, hypotheses).
/li liPartner with Product Managers and Tech on the right solutions, then bmeasure their real impact /b on internal users.
/li liDesign btraining sessions /b – both onboarding and continuous learning.
Each role (CSM, Sales, Onboarding) has its own product learning path.
/li liBuild and maintain the binternal documentation /b on Notion – articles, videos, quizzes.
Think of it as a real editorial product, with users and metrics.
/li liOrchestrate internal communication around bnew features /b:



you make a feature understandable and actionable for 100+ teammates.
/li /ul pConcrete examples: structuring an onboarding learning path for new CSMs, spotting a recurring pattern in CS Care tickets and proposing a durable fix, writing the documentation for a new payment feature ahead of release.

/li libAI in our daily workflow /b: we actively integrate AI (Claude, internal agents) to speed up ticket resolution, structure documentation, and surface patterns across requests – it's a real continuous improvement project.

/li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 pWe're targeting a bjunior / end?of?studies profile /b (0–2 years), with concrete signals rather than a perfect CV: /p ul liBackground in bengineering /b, bComputer Science /b, or a bMaster's in economics/finance /b with a tech / banking specialization – what matters most is that bAPIs /b, bJSON /b, and an IDE like bVS Code /b don't scare you.
/li liInitial experience (internship, school project, side project) in bproject management /b, bproduct /b, btech support /b, or bticketing /b.
/li liComfortable with bcontext switching /b: you can move from a bug investigation to a training session to a product meeting in the same morning.
/li liComfortable in a bfast?paced and demanding environment /b: the rhythm is sustained, requests come in continuously.




/li libOwner mindset /b: you see your topics through to the end, you don't drop an investigation halfway.
/li libKey soft skills /b: resilience, humility, curiosity, pedagogy, rigor, ability to prioritize.
