Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and provide them with cutting‑edge technical solutions and services

Collaborate directly with customers to unravel their business needs, pain points, and technical requirements

Craft tailored solutions that address specific challenges and drive customer success

Support Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers during technology and business discussions

Define winning cost models for deals and lead these deals to profitability

Requirements

5 years of experience in developing IT solutions around Security Architectures and Services

Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models

Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements, including understanding customer needs,



analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions

Understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems

Excellent customer and presentation skills

Fluent both Italian and English

Core Competencies
Demonstrates expertise in developing IT solutions focused on Security Architectures and Services, with a strong ability to analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions. Proficient in IT governance, management models, and financing models, while effectively communicating in both Italian and English.
