Marketing Project Manager – Events & Client ActivationLocation:Milan, Italy (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Daily Rate:Up to €250/day (depending on experience and skills)

OverviewOur client, a leading international organisation, is looking for aMarketing Project Managerwith 4-5 years of experience to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing initiatives, with a strong focus onevents managementandclient activation programmes.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects.
Plan and execute large-scale events, coordinating agencies, suppliers, logistics, and stakeholders.
Support customer engagement and client activation initiatives.
Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare project updates and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience4-5 years of Project Management experience.
Proven background delivering marketing projects and events.
Experience in client activation, customer engagement, loyalty, or related marketing initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent inItalian and English.
Experience within thepayments industry.
Understanding of the payments ecosystem, market dynamics, and customer engagement models.
