The Role
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll ensure smooth service, high standards, and a happy, motivated team. You'll play a key role in shaping LASA's culture and reputation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure seamless service
Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly
Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service and maintain menu quality
Drive sales through exceptional service,
upselling, and local marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
Strong leadership and communication skills
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Knowledge of Asian cuisine is an advantage (but not essential)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required
