You'll be the escalation point when others can't fix it — helping reduce downtime and deliver first-time-right repairs. What you'll do:Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotelyDiagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faultsUse OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing,
