Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization. Ensure consistent reporting through project reviews with management team. Captures, study and shares lessons learned and best practices throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. /p /lilipEnsures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and contractual arrangements. Coordinates with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures required services,
materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. /p /lilipActs as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. /p /lilipEnsures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies. /p /lilipAccountable for ensuring compliance with applicable external internal regulations, procedures guidelines. /p /li /ulh3Your background: /h3ullipEngineering Degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) with strong technical foundation. /p /lilipA minimum of 8 years in Project Management of medium‑size EPC projects, including on‑site construction experience in multinational environments. /p /lilipProven expertise in Electrical Systems (TD, Power Generation) and familiarity with major Italian utilities (Terna, Enel, Edison). /p /lilipSkilled in managing projects under diverse contractual frameworks (FIDIC, Italian Public Contracts Code) across public and private sectors. /p /lilipFluent in English and Italian, proficient in MS Office, SAP, and MS Project. /p /lilipHighly organized, proactive leader with experience coordinating multi‑site teams and driving results; willing to travel internationally (25%). /p /li /ulpMore about us /ppWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
