About the job:
Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our Engineering Division and support international projects in the Semiconductor Industry .
This role offers the opportunity to manage complex industrial construction activities, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Manage and supervise on-site construction activities.
Coordinate contractors and subcontractors during project execution.
Monitor project schedule, quality, costs, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Commissioning teams.
Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions.
Support commissioning and start-up activities.
Prepare progress reports and monitor project KPIs.
Optimize resources, equipment, and construction planning.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and international standards.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
Previous experience in EPC/EPCM environments.
Experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Civil, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation activities.
Knowledge of international standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO).
Experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Knowledge of QA/QC processes.
Professional English.
Availability to work on international industrial projects.
Nice to Have
PMP Certification.
Experience in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, Energy or Oil & Gas industries.
