About the Roles
We have opportunities for twoCSA Supervisorson a major data centre project in Milan.
The successful candidates will manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
About You
You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding.
There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.
Manage the co-ordination of theCivil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
Lead themanagement of site safetyin conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
Overseesite quality assurance (QA)processes in conjunction with the project team.
Manage theproject schedulein coordination with Planners, Project Managers,

Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
Take responsibility forall day-to-day site operations.
Manage and coordinatesubcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
Oversee and maintainsite documentationin line with project and client requirements.
Attend and actively contribute tosite meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
Support theclose-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
Ensure all aspects ofchange management(cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
Review constructiondrawings and setting-out detailsfor accuracy and buildability.
Carry out, distribute, and close outCSA snag lists.

Requirements
Relevant Trade Qualification / Degree
Ability to manage a team of CSA personnel
Strong communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills
At least 7 years relevant experience
Experience in delivering large scale CSA projects
