/ppAs bMaintenance Engineering Specialist /b you will respond to the Maintenance Engineering Lead and be part of the Energy Carriers Business Line within EPC Maintenance and Inspection Engineering Department.
/ppJob includes plant reliability analysis, equipment criticality assessment and maintenance plan development.
Scope of the work involves activities ranging from acknowledging of process-related conditions and evaluating the equipment detail design.
Maintenance Engineering Specialist (MES) is to make sure that the project detailed design is safe and sound from an operation and maintenance point of view, complies with the international standards and meet the requirements arising from contract and technical specification therein referred to.
/ppIn performing his job, the MES is liaising with client representatives, partners, suppliers and project team.
/ppMES regularly reports to the Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance manager the status of the Maintenance Engineering assessment,
highlighting areas of concern.
/ph3How can you support us?
/h3ullisupporting the maintenance engineering lead in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements, /liligathering of maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build-up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment, /lilipreparation of Maintainable Equipment List (MEL) hierarchically organized by functional location which in turn refer to physical asset; operability and maintainability review, /lilisupport mechanical handling assessment, /liliequipment criticality analysis (ECA) to rank item listed in MEL in view of safety, environment and production requirement, /lilimaintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis; operational performance standard preparation; CMMS loading templates preparation /li /ulh3Education: /h3pMaster's Degree/bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or similar qualification /ph3Experience:
