Role Overview
We are looking for anEngineering / Production Managerto lead the development, industrialization, and production of our systems.
This is a key leadership role responsible for bridging engineering and manufacturing, ensuring that products move efficiently from design to production, meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, electronics, mechanical, system engineering)
Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with company strategy
Supervise system design, development, and validation activities
Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense standards and internal quality processes
Define and implement production processes for multi sensor systems and integrated platforms
Drive the industrialization of new products from prototype to serial production
Set up and optimize assembly, integration, and testing lines
Manage production planning,



resource allocation, and workflow optimization
Operations & Delivery
Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery of projects and products
Oversee FAT, SAT, and validation processes
Manage suppliers and coordinate with procurement for critical components
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across projects
Team & Organizational Development
Build and structure engineering and production teams
Define processes, procedures, and best practices
Mentor team members and develop internal competencies
Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Aerospace, or related field)
8+ years of experience in engineering and/or production environments
Proven experience inteam leadership and project delivery
Strong background insystem integration and complex systems
Experience inproduction processes, industrialization, or manufacturing setup
Solid xysqume understanding ofquality standards and engineering processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience inaerospace, defense, or high-tech industries
Knowledge ofelectro-optical systems, sensors, or tracking systems
Experience withsupply chain management and vendor coordination
Familiarity withMIL-STD, ISO, or aerospace quality standards
Experience in scaling production in a growing company
