We are seekingNetwork Techniciansto deliver onsite IT and network support services at the locations of a leading international retail client.
This is afreelance, on-demand opportunity, with assignments offered based on your location and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver onsite IT and network support at customer locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity-related issues.
Install, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi?Fi access points, and other IT hardware.
Carry out hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support.
Complete service reports and update support tickets following each onsite visit.
Work closely with remote support teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
At least2 years of experiencein onsite IT support or network support.
Strong understanding ofLAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi?Fi, and VPN.




Hands?on experience with networking equipment fromCisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, or equivalent vendors.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Fluent inItalian.
Good command ofEnglish (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA,CompTIA Network+, or an equivalent networking certification.
Previous experience providing IT support within retail stores or retail environments.
