/p h3Tasks /h3 ul liSupport the Team Lead Accounting Italy in the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure smooth, reliable financial processes.
/li liManage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
/li liPrepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings in accordance with Italian accounting standards.
/li liDrive the continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of accounting processes.
/li liWork confidently with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and contribute to its ongoing optimization.
/li liTransform accounting processes from reactive, ad hoc solutions into structured, scalable, and repeatable workflows.
/li liCollaborate closely with the Group Finance team at our headquarters in Vienna as well as colleagues across our international subsidiaries.
/li liSupport tax audits and work closely with external tax advisors and auditors.
/li liParticipate in group-wide finance projects and accounting process harmonization initiatives.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree or commercial qualification in Accounting, Finance,
Business Administration, or a comparable field (e.g. Laurea in Economia, Ragioneria e Amministrazione).
/li liSeveral years of professional experience in accounting, ideally within an international company or group structure.
/li liStrong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and relevant tax regulations.
/li liExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
/li liExcellent Microsoft Excel skills and a confident command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
/li liFluent English is essential for daily communication with our headquarters in Vienna.
