Job Overview
The ICT Dealer Network Project Manager is responsible for supporting the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of ICT solutions dedicated to Dealer Network Development across G10 markets.

The role combines business analysis and project management responsibilities, ensuring the successful deployment of new tools and processes while guaranteeing alignment between business needs and ICT delivery.

The position plays a key role in coordinating stakeholders, managing implementation activities, and supporting the adoption of new solutions across markets, acting as a bridge between business, ICT teams, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Tool Rollout & Project Management – Lead and coordinate the rollout of new Dealer Network tools across multiple markets, ensuring planning, execution, risk management, and timely delivery.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management – Collect, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and data requirements.

Market Deployment Coordination – Support National Sales Companies (NSCs) during deployment phases, ensuring alignment, adoption, and issue resolution.

Cross-Domain Coordination – Act as ICT Dealer Network entry point across domains (B2B, Parts & Services, Finance, Logistics, Data, Digital), ensuring consistency and integration of solutions.

Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with business teams, PMO, suppliers, and ICT stakeholders to ensure proper prioritisation, communication, and execution of activities.

Testing & Delivery Support – Contribute to testing phases (UAT),



validation, and go-live preparation, ensuring solution quality and readiness.

Continuous Improvement – Support the identification of improvements and optimisation opportunities based on market feedback and operational performance.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in ICT project management, business analysis, or similar roles

Experience in multi-country or international project environments

Basic knowledge of Automotive and/or Sales & Marketing processes is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work both independently and in team environments

Fluent in English and Italian

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Offer

Salary range: from 39 € to 43 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements

Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
